1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, mobile, organisation), professional profile data (experience, sectors, portfolio), project, proposal and message content, and technical usage logs.
2. How we use it
Operating the platform, matching projects with providers, sending notifications, processing subscriptions and commissions, support, and improving the service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Contact details are revealed to the other party according to the visibility the owner sets per project (public, after a proposal, or private). Limited data may be shared with payment providers to process transactions.
4. Cookies
We use one httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in and one cookie to remember your interface language. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes, data access is governed by role-based permissions, and uploads are validated by type and size.
6. Retention
Account and transaction data is retained while the account is active and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
7. Your rights
You can access and correct your data from the profile page, or request account deletion through support, subject to legal obligations.
